The Vender Group was formed with the goal of unburdening our clients, by helping to formulate highly customized wealth planning strategies, which encompasses not just investment decisions, but legacy planning. Scott has 32 years of experience counseling high net worth investors and families. Along with investment management, Scott advises on estate freeze techniques, wealth transfer, family dynamics, philanthropy, business succession planning, liability management and asset protection for families and business owners. Scott is among the select few Private Wealth Advisors to be named a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director. Jack Hellwig is a Financial Advisor of The Vender Group at Morgan Stanley, where he works closely with clients to develop customized financial plans and utilizes the team’s best practices to implement recommended solutions. Prior to joining The Vender Group, Jack was a Financial Advisor in Morgan Stanley’s Client Advisory Center, helping individuals devise and execute an investment approach for their retirement assets by simplifying the 401(k) rollover process. Beyond retirement, Jack continues to work with his clients on a regular basis to address all of their financial concerns. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan, and he holds the FINRA Series 7, 66 and Life Insurance licenses. In his spare time, Jack enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
Barb joined Morgan Stanley in 2004. She brings 17 years of experience. Barb has served many roles throughout her career including Operations Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. She attended Drew University where she graduated with a BA in Art History. Barbara holds the NASD licenses 7, 9, 10, and 63.
Sarah Beardsley joined the Vender Group in 2016 as a Client Service Associate. Sarah seeks to enhance the client service experience for clients of the Vender Group, by providing the highest level of responsiveness, communication and execution to client requests. Sarah also serves as the team concierge, organizing client offsite summits, family meetings and travel. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Sarah worked for PQR Financial Planning in London, England, where she assisted a team of financial advisors. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder, Leeds School of Business, with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
