Our Team

Led by Anna Winderbaum and Joseph Lerner, we are a highly experienced team with a common goal: to help our clients address the complex, multifaceted challenges of managing significant wealth.

We work with a select group of ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices, endowments and foundations.  Our clients are typically entrepreneurs, senior executives, multigenerational families and foundations.

We take a holistic approach with a focus on understanding our clients’ personal and financial goals, family dynamics, balance sheet needs and philanthropic activities.  This approach enables us to advise our clients broadly and cohesively across many aspects of their lives.  We then develop customized wealth strategies with a keen focus on portfolio analysis and asset allocation.

While investment strategy is at the core of our offering, nothing is more important to us than delivering a superior client service experience. We serve as a virtual family office for many high net worth families, and pride ourselves on addressing complex service requests promptly and professionally.

We provide objective advice, but also think from an investor’s perspective. Our recommendations may include passive investments, our own discretionary strategies and/or investments chosen from the expansive Morgan Stanley open architecture platform.
