    Perhaps it is easier to see something when you are not right in the middle of it, but we believe that our view from here in Omaha, Nebraska gives us another perspective. We tend to be less concerned with the trend of the day, leaving us more time to focus on the longer-term objectives of our clients. We have the sophisticated capabilities needed to create and implement institutional level investment strategies for individual clients. We also realize the simple truth that what you keep is more important than what you make. So, we focus at least as much attention on our clients’ tax, trust and estate structures as we do on asset allocation and investment management decisions. This usually begins by involving multiple strategies to maximize lifetime gift tax exclusions, but we consider that the starting point of a successful strategy, not the entirety.

    We believe that the true measure of a successful strategy is a thriving family, and we work toward that end in each of our relationships.
